Dasam Granth Studies, Practices and All Night Japa Practice with Dr. Kamalroop Singh Khalsa, Phd UK

The shakti pad tradition was continued and refined by Guru Nanak, with each consecutive Guru. It was given as a seed mantra, where it grew with the Sixth Guru and fully blossomed with the Tenth Guru. This shakti pad was joined to bhagauti, to balance higher and lower chakras. It is for mental healing, confidence, and martial arts. The Guru symbolizes and mythologically personifies this Kundalini Tat as Bhagauti, Chandi, Durga, Kali, Saraswati and Maya Lakshmi.

THE LOVE PATH :: PART TWO :: BHAKTI YOGA TEACHINGS AND PRACTICE with DR KAMALROOP SINGH

Love is union, it is outside of duality, a realm where all forms become one. The Eastern mystical tradition of Bhakti is the highest path of yoga.

Bhakti is the path of true love and devotional worship. There are nine types of Bhakti or worship roads. One of them is the Prema Bhagat - The Love Path. In this pathway, "you" and "I" become the One of the Cosmic Vision of the Divine. Polarities when we meet a person can together merged reach the highest point of life on this earth. The benefits of Bhakti practice we will learn are: how to safely open your heart, how to focus the mind so it will allow you to live in your heart, techniques to cope with negative emotions, Bhakti and meditation techniques. We will also explore the mystical poetry of the Sikhs, the Banis, which tells of Union with the Divine through the practice of Kirtan Bhakti, reciting the mystical mantras and songs.  We will sing classical Indian compositions, some of which are hundreds of years old, known as kirtana. These compositions are based on the worship song - Ragas - melodies that create a variety of emotions and feelings and are engaged for meditation.

Pranic Surge Breathwork with Arielle dePinto

Pranic Surge

Arielle will be leading a group exploration of the heart-pranic connection.  A sustained 3-part breath pranayama quickly connects one to Anahata frequency, shifting our focus from the active mind. Breath is used to access a subconscious realm, as we oxygenate the bloodstream we stimulate the hypothalmus gland, and safely release endorphins to work through our chakra system. This is an active meditation and a dimensional experience where much healing can occur- the process is cleansing, uplifting, ecstatic, and can be used for journeying in an active dreamstate.

Arielle is an artist and founder of her namesake jewelry label which has been active for over a decade. A Yogini since 2004, she has studied forms of healing since 2011. She practices reiki, kundalini yoga, SNR, reads Tarot and is a certified breathwork facilitator
